DEDICATED STAFF

Our team members are passionate about working with children and have chosen this career path to satisfy a desire to give back. They are all highly trained and completely dedicated to your child’s development.

We hire and train our staff using both internal and external-based trainings. The current BACB Guidelines for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) guide our training modules. All of our staff receives ongoing supervision and is required to complete continuing education units each year to ensure we are up-to-date on research and best-practices. We work in a group environment and value team work, feedback and collaboration. Our team is made up of advocates for neurodiversity and the rights of individuals with autism and developmental delays.

Co-CEOs Nikki and Anna founded LAB with a shared mission: to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and compassionate, real-world support. LAB Institute is lead by Nicole (Nikki) Condit, M.S. ABA, BCBA.

Nikki Condit has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 10 years now and has more than 15 years of experience working with children and adults ages 2-21 with various developmental delays & disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. She began by working as a Behavior Therapist with the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP)- the leading ABA & Autism Therapy provider in the State of Wisconsin (USA). While attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Nikki worked as an intern Researcher at the world-renowned Waisman Center in The Center for Secondary Education for Students with ASD (CSESA).

After completing her Bachelor’s of Science with a Degree in Cross-Categorical Special Education & receiving her Teaching License (MC-EA, EA-A), she immediately began her studies for her Master’s Degree. She received her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2017 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since February of 2018 (Certification Number: 1-18-29226).

In 2017, Nikki moved to Germany. She teamed up with Rodrigo Pellet Lastra at ABA Autismus Therapie Düsseldorf (ABA ATD), where she helped grow the clinic and establish ABA as an effective and respected therapy in Düsseldorf and the surrounding NRW Region.

In addition to her position as Co-Founder and COO at ABA ATD, she has been serving on the Board of Directors for ABA-Deutschland since 2020. Nikki is also an active member of ABA International (ABA-I) as well as The European Association for Behavior Analysts (EABA).

She is a recognized supervisor for prospective Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), BCaBAs (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts) and RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).

In 2022, Nikki Condit founded LAB Learning and Behavior Institute in order to serve the growing demand for school-based behavior support in southern Germany.

She speaks both English and German.

Along with a passion for working with children, parents, and teachers, Nikki believes in providing quality, evidence-based services that produce meaningful and measurable results.

Anna de la Cotera

Co-CEO, M.S. ABA, BCBA

Anna serves as Co-CEO at LAB Institute, a role she shares with Nikki, where her leadership directly amplifies the organization’s mission and operational excellence. Bringing over 11 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Anna’s transition to Co-CEO from COO ensures that LAB continues to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and compassionate, evidence-based care.

Originally from Chicago, USA, Anna holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and has been Board Certified since 2019. Her clinical expertise is concentrated in early childhood development, helping families navigate the critical steps following a diagnosis and fostering early language acquisition across diverse needs.

Anna also brings a specialized background in addressing severe problem behavior to LAB. She is Level 2 credentialed through FTF Behavior Consulting and is highly competent in conducting Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) for behaviors such as property destruction, aggression, and self-injurious actions.

Throughout her career, Anna has held various leadership and clinical management roles, overseeing multiple therapy centers and leading teams across home, clinic, and school-based settings. Her extensive experience mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), fellow BCBAs, and Master’s students underscores her commitment to professional growth within the field. Fluent in English and proficient in German, Anna is dedicated to achieving long-term, meaningful results that empower children to advocate for themselves, fully access their environments, and cultivate lasting relationships.

Christina Efthimiades

M.Ed. Inclusive and Special Education

Senior Behavioural Therapist | Location Manager

With a strong foundation in education and psychology, Christina brings a unique blend of expertise to her work in ABA therapy. She hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development and Foundation Phase Teaching with a specialization in Learning Support from South Africa, an Honours in Psychological Counselling, and she has completed her Master’s in Inclusive and Special Education through Monash University. She is currently completing courses for her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis to further deepen her expertise in the field.

Christina has worked with children in both educational and therapeutic settings for over ten years, with more than six years dedicated to the ABA field. Her experience spans working with children aged 3–14 with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia, helping them unlock their potential through individualised support.

Having lived and worked in South Africa, London, and now Germany, she brings a valuable multicultural perspective to her practice and can communicate in English, German, Greek, and Afrikaans.

In 2023, Christina joined LAB as a Senior Behavioural Therapist and currently serves as the Location Manager at Munich International School, where she oversees the therapy services of our team and provides support to students, families, and school staff. Her mission is to reach and support every child, family, and teacher in need, ensuring that all have access to the help they deserve.
